单链烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚成浆性能研究

         

摘要

以烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为水煤浆添加剂,在不添加稳定剂的情况下,考查了烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的EO数变化和烷基长度变化对5种不同煤所制得水煤浆的分散降黏作用及稳定性的影响.结果表明:当烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚分子的HLB值为18.5.±0.4时,其分散降黏作用最佳;当烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的亲水链长度和疏水链长度适中时,分子的亲水作用与疏水作用相当,稳定作用显著.%The good coal water slurry can be prepared when APEO (Alkylphenol Polyoxyethylene) was used as dispersant to prepared slurry with different type of coals. The influencing factors of slurryability of APEO were mainly the length of alkyl chain and EO number etc. Under the condition of using alkylphenol polyoxyethylene as CWS dispersant and no stabilizer, the affections of dispersibility and stability to CWS which is made by 5 different coal along with the change of the number of EO of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene and the length of alkyl is studied. The result showed that the different EO numbers of APEO obviously influence the slurryability, the apparent viscosity of the prepared coal water slurry reached the lowest value when the HLB value of APEO was 18.5 ±0.4 and EO number of APEO from 60 to 100, the slurryability would decrease when EO number out of this range. For different types of APEO,the corresponding optimum EO number were different, the short chain alkyl of APEO was corresponding to the small EO number and the long chain to the big EO number. APEO had not only the good slurryability. But also the good stability, and different structure of APEO had different stability in coal water slurry. When the length of hydrophobic chain of APEO was equal to hydrophilic chain, the function of hydrophilic and hydrophobic between molecules would be balanced and the stability was optimum at this point.
