下穿高速铁路工程防护设计及沉降评估技术研究

         

摘要

文章以天津武清翠亨路下穿京津城际和京沪铁路工程为背景,分别针对临近营业线高速铁路工程的防护设计、沉降变形评估技术进行了研究,采用三维有限元模型进行了基坑分层开挖和分层浇筑过程分析,对临近高速铁路工程的基坑开挖、结构浇筑施工等全过程进行了安全评估计算。研究表明,临近高速铁路工程应重点控制地下水位变化、基坑开挖卸载和结构浇注加载问题;采用高压旋喷桩进行全封闭止水设计,可避免基坑抽水或临近铁路降水对既有高速铁路沉降影响,并有效减小基坑施工和结构加载对临近铁路所产生的变形影响,保证实测高速铁路变形满足规范要求;建模分析与实测数据的对比证明了所采用评估方法准确、可行。%In this paper, on the background of Cuiheng Road in Wuqing under passing Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway and Beijing-Shanghai railway, research on protective design and subsidence evaluation technology for high speed railway engineering is performed, process analysis for stratified excavation and casting of foundation pit by adopting three-dimen-sional finite element model are done,and safety assessment calculations for whole process of excavation, structure pou-ring and construction of foundation pit near high-speed railway are carried out. Studies have shown that:the engineering near the high-speed railway should focus on controlling the water table changes, problems of foundation pit excavation unloading and structure casting loading;the closed sealing design by using high pressure jet grouting pile can avoid the impact of the pumping of pit or precipitation near the railway to the settlement of existing high-speed railway, effectively reduce the deformation of adjacent railway affected by foundation pit construction and structure loading and ensure that high-speed railway deformation measured meets code requirements. Comparison between modeling analysis and the measured data proves that this assessment method is accurate and feasible.
