Combining with the construction of the course of“Operation and Maintenance of Marine Diesel Engine”,and according to the constructing requirements of state excellent resource-sharing curriculum,the course is repositioned and redesigned. An appro⁃priate“double-qualified teacher”style teaching team with both full-time and part-time teachers is established. Integrated-teaching mode is initiated and practiced, and simulating teaching resources is developed. Informational transformation on the original state ex⁃cellent course is carried out to upgrade into excellent resource-sharing curriculum.%结合“船舶柴油机使用及维护”课程建设，按照国家精品资源共享课程建设要求，对课程进行重新的定位和设计，建立一支专兼结合、配置适当的“双师”型教学团队，创新和实施一体化教学模式，并开发模拟仿真教学资源库，对原国家精品课程信息化改造，转型升级为精品资源共享课程。
