重力式U型混凝土桥台早期温度裂缝的成因及表面、深度、修补技术研究

         

摘要

目前,我国重力式U型混凝土桥台利用率较高,其适用性较强,但是在实际施工中,由于体积较大,自身重量也相应较大,桥台采用素混凝土,一般分布在桥台两侧的前墙与侧墙身,所承受的河流与外力较大,如在早期混凝土控制中出现自然天气温渡的变化,极易出现早期温度裂缝,那么其修补技术方案的提出,对于重力式U型混凝土桥台而言,就显得尤为重要.以黑龙江省依兰县巴兰河重力式U型混凝土桥台为例,对其早期温度裂缝的修补技术进行深入探讨与研究,期望通过本次探讨与研究,对重力式U型混凝土桥台早期温度裂缝的修补技术提出一些参考性建议.%At present,China's gravity U-type concrete abutment has a high utilization rate,and its applicability is strong.However,in the actual construction,due to its larger volume and its own weight are correspondingly larger,the abutment adopts concrete,Abutment on both sides of the front wall and side of the wall,the greater the fiver and external forces,such as in the early concrete control in the natural weather temperature changes,prone to early temperature cracks,then the repair technology proposal,For gravity U-shaped concrete abutment,it is particularly important.In this paper,the U-type concrete abutment of the Balan River in Yilan County of Heilongjiang Province is taken as an example,and the repair technology of early temperature cracks is discussed and studied.It is hoped that through this discussion and research,Early temperature cracks in the repair technology to make some reference recommendations.
