酸性蚀变闪长岩集料沥青混合料水稳性能改善及评价研究

         

摘要

为验证酸性集料用于沥青路面面层的适用性,结合宝汉高速路面工程,通过对沿线的蚀变闪长岩酸性集料沥青混合料不同浸水时长残留稳定度、不同冻融次数劈裂强度以及不同老化时长的冻融劈裂强度试验,评价了采用减小沥青混合料空隙率并添加矿物填料以及抗剥落剂复合改性的酸性蚀变闪长岩集料沥青混合料的水稳性能,并与原路面中性集料沥青混合料进行对比.结果表明:采用复合改善措施,能明显提高酸性蚀变闪长岩集料沥青混合料的水稳性能及抗老化性能,其复合改性后技术指标达到了中性石料的水平,具有用于沥青面层的可行性.%In order to evaluate the adaptation of acidic aggregates asphalt mixture used in asphalt pavement,the water stability of acidic asphalt mixture aggregate was evaluated and compared with the original pavement neutral aggregate asphalt mixture combined with the Bao-Ji to Han-Zhong expressway pavement engineering.The method of residual stability test was under different immersion time,splitting strength test was under different freeze-thaw numbers and freeze-thaw splitting strength test was under different long time for the alteration diorite acidic aggregate asphalt mixture.The acidic asphalt aggregate mixture was composite modified by reducing air void of asphalt mixture,adding mineral filler and anti-stripping agent.The results showed that the water stability and anti-aging properties of acidic alteration diorite aggregate mixture could obviously increased by the composite improvement measures,and the complex modification technology indexes reached the level of neutral stone.That has the feasibility used in the surface of asphalt pavement.
