通过研究混凝土成型后砂浆层厚度与其流动性之间的关系,并对露石剂的喷洒量和混凝土养生阶段的成熟度变化进行试验研究,明确影响露石剂作用深度的因素.结果表明:混凝土坍落度控制在 15～25 mm 之间;抹面完成后砂浆层厚度在 1.0～2.5 mm 之间;露石剂喷洒量为250 ±15 g/m2;并养生9～10 h,露石深度处于2.0～3.0 mm范围.混凝土的成熟度从258.60 ℃ ×hrs增加到308.33 ℃ ×hrs,清扫后露石深度从3.16 mm 降低到2.54 mm.%The relationship between the thickness of the mortar layer and the fluidity of the con-crete after molding was studied.And the amount of aggregate exposing solvent and the maturity of the concrete curing stage were studied to make certain the influencing factors of the depth of aggregate expo-sing solvent.The results show that when the slump of concrete is between 15～25 mm,and he thickness of mortar is between 1.0～2.5 mm after flating the surface,the spraying amount about 250 ±15 g/m2of the spraying aggregate exposing solvent and curing 9～10 h,The depth of the EACCP is in the range of 2.0 to 3.0 mm.Which the maturity of the concrete curing stage increased from 258.60 ℃ ×hrs to 308.33℃×hrs.And the depth of EACCP after cleaning was reduced from 3.16 mm to 2.54 mm.
