旧砼沥青罩面层及应力吸收层有限元分析

         

摘要

旧水泥混凝土路面上罩沥青加铺层是一种较为常见的路面改造方式,通常的做法是在加铺层下面设置应力吸收层.为了减少反射裂缝的发生,采用ANSYS软件对不同层厚的加铺层以及不同弹性模量的应力吸收层进行三维有限元分析,通过不同路面结构的加铺层底主应力、剪应力、拉应力以及弯沉的对比分析,确定合理的加铺层厚度以及应力吸收层模量.分析结果表明,应力吸收层的弹性模量宜为4~6 GPa,沥青加铺层厚度宜为5~10 cm.%Existing Cement Concrete Pavement Covered asphalt overlay is a common pavement reconstruction method, and it is common practice that the stress absorbing layer is set below the asphalt overlay.In order to reduce the occurrence of reflection cracks, three dimensional models are created by ANSYS software to analysis the different thickness of overlay and different elastic modulus of stress absorbing layer, and the comparative analysis is done to determine the optimum overlay thickness and stress absorbing layer modulus through the different pavement overlay bottom of principal stress, shear stress, tensile stress and the deflection.The analysis indicated that the stress absorbing cover's elastic modulus is 4~6 GPa and the asphalt overlay's thickness is 5~10 cm.
