高速公路水泥稳定碎石配比设计与施工质量控制标准研究

         

摘要

在我国高速公路中,应用极为广泛的材料为水泥稳定碎石,但该材料受温度及湿度影响显著,当湿度及温度变化时,容易产生收缩裂缝现象,使得沥青路面产生发生裂缝,对公路的性能产生极大影响.因此,对水泥稳定碎石进行优化配比,对其施工质量进行控制具有极强的实用价值.针对水泥稳定碎石,利用振动实验以及I值法对其配比进行优化设计.然后结合重型击实法测定配比的最佳含水量以及最大干密度.实验结果表明:基于1#、2#、3#以及石屑的配比为25∶28∶18∶19时,水泥剂含量为4%,此时材料的各项性能均满足高速公路的需求,且此时最佳含水量在4.8%,最大干密度为2.33 g/cm3.同时结合实验,对该材料的无侧限抗压强度、水泥稳定碎石的基层岩石时间进行确定,并通过对该高速公路分析,对水泥稳定碎石的施工质量控制标准进行研究,从而指导相关人员进行高速公路的水泥稳定碎石施工.%In China Expressway,cement stabilized macadam has extensive application.But the material is extremely affected by temperature and humidity.When the humidity and temperature changes,prone to shrinkage cracks phenomenon,so occurs cracks in the asphalt pavement,and has a great impact on the performance of the road.Therefore,to optimize the ratio of Cement Stabilized Macadam and to control its construction quality are extremely practical value.This paper mainly cement stabilized crushed stone,and use vibration test and I value method to optimize the design of its proportion.And then combined with heavy compaction method measuring the ratio of the real optimum moisture content and maximum dry density.The results show that:based on 1# 2# 3# and stone chips ratio of 25:28:18:19,cements content of 4%,then the properties of the material are to meet the needs of the highway,and at this time,the optimum moisture content is 4.8%,the maximum dry density is 2.33 g/cm3.Meanwhile binding experiments,determine the non-material side of unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized gravel base layer rock time.And through the analysis of the highway,study construction quality control of cement stabilized gravel standard to guide relevant personnel Cement Stabilized Macadam highway construction.
