冻融交替环境下道面聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土的抗冻性能试验

         

摘要

Based on the freezing thawing environment,studied the frost resistance of pavement polyacrylonitrile fiber reinforced concrete.The results show that the C45 group of superplasticizer specimens after 300 times of freeze-thaw cycle,mixed with 0.10%fiber specimens than add the specimen mass loss rate is high,the specimen of A-2,A-3 the compressive strength and bending strength are higher than before the freezing.The C55 group of ordinary water reducer specimens after 180 times of freeze-thaw cycle,without the addition of fiber specimens A-0 mass loss rate is higher with the addition of the specimens after 300 times of freeze-thaw cycle,adding fiber 3 specimens,the mass loss rate is small,the relative dynamic elastic modulus is greater than 93%,and the compressive strength decreased,flexural strength than add the specimen to be high,250 cycles,the specimen has serious damage to A-0.The SEM photos showed that the fiber surface parallel scored very much,there are a large number of hydration products attached,fiber space network coordination effect into full play.The freezing and thawing resistance of concrete mixed with high performance water reducing agent is better than that of ordinary water reducing agent.%在冻融交替环境下,研究了道面聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土的抗冻性能,结果表明,采用高效减水剂的C45组试件,经300次冻融循环,掺有0.10%纤维的试件比未添加试件质量损失率要高,试件A-2、A-3抗压强度与抗弯强度均比冻融前要高.采用普通减水剂的C55组试件,经180次冻融循环,未添加纤维试件A-0质量损失率要高与添加的试件,经300次冻融循环,掺加纤维的3个试件质量损失率相差较小,相对动弹性模量均大于93.0%,且抗压强度均出现下降,抗折强度均比未添加试件的要高,循环250次,试件A-0已破坏严重.SEM照片表明,纤维表面平行刻痕非常多,有大量水化产物附着在上面,纤维空间网状协调效应得到充分发挥.掺入高效减水剂的混凝土抗冻融性能要好于普通减水剂.
