基于应力吸收层的旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层材料研究

         

摘要

旧水泥路面直接加铺沥青面层后易导致反射裂缝产生,为此基于应力吸收层对沥青加铺层结构进行研究.结合沥青路面线弹性断裂力学原理对加铺结构进行理论分析;对应力吸收层裂缝尖端以及路面荷载应力进行ANSYS有限元计算得出以下几点结论:同等条件下设置应力吸收层可有效减弱应力集中,使沥青加铺层底部荷载值下降幅度达到35%左右;对不同应力吸收层厚度下的荷载应力计算可知当吸收层厚度为2.5 cm时最大主应力σ1、最大剪应力τmax以及等效应力σe达到最大分别为0.513、0.752、1.336 MPa,对比厚度为1 cm时刻增幅达到12.39%、9.26%、9.27%,随着厚度持续增加应力缓慢下降,厚度为6 cm时降幅为16.53%、9.56%、9.44%.因此吸收层厚度为2.5 cm时可最大程度消散车辆荷载应力以及荷载反射裂缝.%It is easy to cause reflective cracks after the asphalt pavement is added directly to the old cement pavement,so the asphalt overlay structure is further studied based on the stress absorbing layer.According to the principle of linear elastic fracture mechanics of asphalt pavement overlay structure was analyzed;the stress absorption layer and crack tip load stress ANSYS finite element calculation results are as follows: under the same conditions of setting stress absorbing layer can effectively reduce the stress concentration,the asphalt layer bottom load decrease about 35%;the absorption layer thickness under the load stress calculation shows that when the thickness of absorption layer is 2.5 cm when the maximum principal stress,maximum shear stress and equivalent stress reaches the maximum are 0.119 MPa,0.680 MPa,1.208 MPa different stress,compared with thickness of 1cm time increased by 12.39%,9.26%,9.27%,with the thickness increasing the stress decreased slowly,the thickness of 6cm decreased by 16.53%,9.56%,9.44%.Therefore,when the absorber thickness is 2.5 cm,the vehicle load stress and load reflection crack can be dissipated to the maximum extent.
