交通规划阶段信号交叉口通行能力匹配性评价方法

         

摘要

为预防和减少交通设计与管理阶段由于通行能力不匹配导致的信号交叉口交通拥堵问题,提出交通规划阶段信号交叉口通行能力匹配性评价方法.将信号交叉口上游路段、进口道停车线、出口道与下游路段四个典型道路断面纳入通行能力匹配性评价范围.提出衡量车流流经路径相邻上下游断面间的通行能力匹配程度的匹配度指标,并结合交通规划阶段的交叉口相交道路等级、交叉口各转向流量条件等参数计算信号交叉口综合匹配度指标.最后对两次干道相交而成的信号交叉口进行通行能力匹配性评价.%In order to prevent and mitigate congestion caused by capacity mismatching at signalized intersection when designing and managing traffic,a capacity matching evaluation methodology were proposed during traffic planning,In which upstream segment,intersection approach,exit and downstream segment were taken into consideration.An index called matching degree was given,and comprehensive evaluation methodology of capacity matching degree were established concerning intersected road type,flow,etc.An example of how the capacity matching evaluation methodology worked at an intersection formed by two collector roads was given.
