超载对正交异性钢桥面板疲劳寿命影响研究

         

摘要

我国公路运输超载现象普遍,超载程度严重.当前设计规范尚未对公路桥梁疲劳荷载谱做出规定,在对正交异性钢桥面板进行疲劳验算时,很难求得真实的等效应力幅值.基于国内道路观测统计得出的货车轴重,针对国内实桥应用较多的正交异性钢桥面板构造,分析了超载条件下主要构造细节应力循环特征,依据Miner线性累积损伤理论,计算了轴重与相应出现概率对正交异性钢桥面板主要构造细节等效应力幅值的影响,得出了货车超载对钢桥面板疲劳寿命的折减程度.%Heavy load and overloading vehicles extensively exist throughout China,but the relevant specification hasn''t made specific provision about the fatigue load spectrum.During fatigue calculation of the orthotropic steel bridge panel,it''s hard to calculate the equivalent stress amplitude of the structural details.With observation and statistics of the overloading vehicle''s axle load in China,this paper analyzes the influence of different axle load to the characteristics of circulative stress of the orthotropic steel bridge panel details.In order to obtain the reduction of the fatigue life of the main structural details,the influence of the axle load and the corresponding probability to the equivalent stress amplitude of the orthotropic steel bridge panel details have been calculated based on the Miner rule.
