公路工程中的橡胶水泥混凝土动态力学性能分析

         

摘要

Rubber cement concrete is composed of rubber powder and ordinary cement concrete composite,it has the excellent properties of these two materials,can be widely used in highway engineering.In order to explore the optimal paving scheme of rubber cement concrete for old pavement highway engineering,the road of kigali highway 1# and 2# project is studied.based on in-depth analysis of these two roads,the relationship between rubber cement concrete modulus,strength and rubber powder is tested.The results show that the elastic modulus and compressive strength of rubberized cement concrete will decrease,but the flexural tensile strength will increase first and then decrease.In addition,the flexural and compressive strength are stronger with the increase of rubber particles,obtained that the rubber powder content is the 0.024 volume fraction,40 mesh size is more suitable for the needs of the reconstruction of 1# and 2# line in kigali.%橡胶水泥混凝土是由橡胶粉、普通水泥混凝土组合而成的复合材料,其具有这两种物质的优良性能,得以在公路工程中具有广泛应用.为探索旧路面公路工程橡胶水泥混凝土最优的加铺方案,就基加利市公路1#、2#项目道路展开研究,在深入分析这两条道路出现病害基础上,对橡胶水泥混凝土模量、强度与橡胶粉掺入量、颗粒关系展开试验.研究结果表明,橡胶水泥混凝土弹性模量及抗压强度会由于橡胶粉掺入量的增多而不断减小,但其抗弯拉强度会先增加再减小.此外,抗弯拉与抗压强度随着橡胶颗粒的增加有所较强,得出在橡胶粉掺量为0.024体积分数、40目大小更适合基加利市1#、2#线路改造的需求.
