通过常规沥青指标试验、PG 分级试验对沥青结合料进行测试,采用单轴压缩试验、车辙试验、BFA疲劳试验测试混合料性能。沥青结合料试验表明:经湿法加入 PE 颗粒,沥青的软化点、复数模量及车辙因子得到明显提高;PE 改性沥青的劲度模量及蠕变速率与基质沥青相比变化不明显,认为 PE 对低温性能影响较小。混合料试验表明:PE 颗粒可以显著提高沥青混合料的静态模量及动稳定度,湿法改性比干法效果更为明显;当湿法HDPE 掺量为6%时,动稳定度比干法提高了48.7%;HDPE 较 LLDPE、废旧 PE 更有优势。经过验证,湿法改性对混合料路用性能的改善效果比干法更为明显。%By conventional asphalt test ,PG classification test ,Uniaxial compression test,Rut-ting test,BFA Fatigue Test.Asphalt binder tests showed:adding PE particles by wet process,asphalt softening point,the complex modulus and rutting factor improved significantly;stiffness modulus and creep rate of PE modified asphalt did not change significantly compared with matrix asphalt.Mixture tests showed:PE particles can significantly improve the static modulus and dynamic stability of asphalt mix-ture,the effect of wet process is much obvious than dry process;when HDPE content is 6%,the dynam-ic stability improved 48.7%;compared with LLDPE,PE scrap ,HDPE has more advantage.After verifi-cation,the wet process modified on road performance improvement effect is more obvious than the dry process method.
