阻燃沥青及混合料的阻燃性能试验研究

         

摘要

阻燃沥青能够提高隧道内沥青路面的安全性,通过氧指数试验、抑烟试验、马歇尔试件燃烧试验、现场燃烧试验对阻燃沥青及其混合料的阻燃性能进行了一系列的试验研究,试验结果表明:添加量为15%的 FR-MAX TM和 AMP 阻燃沥青能够满足氧指数大于23%的要求,同时也能够满足隧道用沥青的技术指标要求。从燃烧排烟量来看,APFR 抑烟效果较明显,AMP、FRMAX TM次之。由马歇尔试件燃烧试验和现场燃烧试验可知,阻燃剂可以有效地减少路面燃烧时间,降低路面的气场温度,增加隧道内突发事故的人员逃生可能性。%Retardant asphalt can improve the safety of asphalt pavement in the tunnel,In this pa-per,the oxygen index test,smoke suppression test,Marshall combustion test,site burning test is used a se-ries of experimental research of asphal and tretardant mixture.The results showed that 15% FRMAX TM dosage and AMP retardant asphalt to meet the oxygen index greater than 23% of the requirements,but al-so to meet the technical requirements of the tunnel with asphalt.In the view of the amount of smoke from the burning,APFR smoke suppression effect is more obvious,and AMP,FRMAX TM are second.the com-bustion of Marshall specimens and the field combustion tests are confirmed that the flame retardant may be effective in reducing the surface burning time,decrease the temperature of the gas,and increase the personnel evacuation possibilities in an unexpected accident in the tunne.
