养护龄期对等粒径多孔水泥混凝土内部结构的影响

         

摘要

以不同养护龄期的等粒径多孔水泥混凝土为研究对象,与传统混凝土做对比,采用气孔分析法测试了不同养护龄期混凝土的孔结构。结果表明:等粒径与传统多气孔混凝土的相对孔含量均随着养护龄期延长在初期有小幅增长,而后逐渐降低最后趋于平稳,且在孔径相同时,龄期较短的混凝土相对孔含量要低。与相同条件下的传统径多气孔混凝土相对孔含量比较,养护3 d 的等粒径多气孔混凝土最大孔含量要比养护75 d 的低53.6%,比传统的混凝土孔含量要高出32.3%。与传统的多气孔混凝土相比,随着养护龄期延长,等粒径多气孔混凝土的比表面积、平均半径、气孔间距系数、气孔总弦长要比传统混凝土的要小,在龄期为75 d 时,分别要小43.14%、28.76%、28.30%、37.33%;龄期为75 d 的等粒径多气孔混凝土在比表面积、平均半径、气孔间距系数、气孔总弦长要比龄期为3 d 的要大得多,分别要大65.36%、33.71%、60.75%、61.70%,表明等粒径混凝土比传统混凝土组织结构更加密实。%the pore structure of concrete with different curing age was tested by the method of pore analysis.Compared with the traditional concrete,the results show that the particle diameter and holes rela-tive content of traditional multi hole concrete were with prolonging the curing period there was a small rise in early,then gradually decreased finally tends to be stable and at the aperture phase at the same time, concrete curing age is short relative pore content to low.And under the same conditions of traditional di-ameter concrete porosity relative pore content,curing 3 d particle diameter pore concrete maximum hole content to than curing 75 d low 53.6%,than the traditional concrete pore content to 32.3% high-er.Compared with the traditional multi pore concrete,along with the increase of curing period,such as particle diameter pore concrete specific surface area and average radius,stomatal spacing factor,total stomatal length to more than that of conventional concrete small,at age 75 d,respectively,to small 43.14%,28.76%,28.30%,37.33%;75 d and particle diameter pore concrete in the specific surface area and average radius,stomatal spacing factor,total stomatal length to age than for 3 d to much larger, respectively to 65.36%,33.71 %,60.75%,61.70%,show such as particle diameter concrete than tradi-tional concrete organization structure more encryption real.
