高温沥青摊铺温度场下的钢筋混凝土连续箱梁桥有限元分析

         

摘要

在桥梁工程主体结构完成后会摊铺沥青混凝土,摊铺沥青混凝土会产生高温导致箱梁内产生温差分布,产生温度应力,导致桥梁结构的主体产生裂缝。我国现阶段还没有对高温沥青摊铺引起的桥梁结构的温度场分布做出规定,因此,由其产生的温度应力在设计还没有考虑。以国内外箱梁温度应力理论以及方法为基础,基于 ANSYS 有限元软件对高温沥青摊铺温度场下的钢筋混凝土连续箱梁桥进行分析,并与日照温度场下的钢筋混凝土连续箱梁桥的应力进行对比。%After the completion of the main structure of the bridge project will be paving asphalt concrete.Paving asphalt concrete will generate heat,resulting in a temperature difference distribution within the girder,a temperature stress,the main cause of the bridge structure cracks.Temperature distri-bution in our country at this stage did not cause high-temperature asphalt paving of the bridge structure to make provision,therefore,thermal stress generated in its design has not been considered.This paper based on domestic and foreign box girder temperature stress theory and ANSYS finite element software to analyze einforced concrete high-temperature asphalt paving temperature field under continuous box girder bridges, then compared with sunshine temperature field of reinforced concrete continuous box girder under the bridge stress.
