为了准确评价公路隧道工程施工危险源的风险等级，降低施工过程中的风险水平。基于传统 LEC法在公路隧道工程施工风险评估中的不足，通过引入人员因素、管理因素、环境因素等3个风险影响因子，提出顾及风险影响因子的 LEC 法，建立公路隧道施工现实风险评价指标体系和评价模型。针对某高速公路隧道工程，采用改进后的顾及风险影响因子的 LEC 法进行安全评价，并将评价结果与现场实际情况进行对比，验证该方法的合理性及可行性，为公路隧道施工安全评价提供了一种有效的方法和途径。%In order to accurately evaluate highway tunnel construction hazard risk level,reduce the level of risk in the process of construction.In this paper,based on the traditional LEC method in highway tunnel construction risk assessment,with the introduction of personnel factor,management fac-tor,environmental factors,such as three risk factors,and consider the LEC method of risk influence fac-tors is put forward,to establish highway tunnel construction risk evaluation index system and evaluation model of reality.In a highway tunnel project,using the improved risk influence factors of LEC method for safety assessment,evaluation and the result was compared with the actual situation,to verify the rational-ity and feasibility of the method,for safety assessment of highway tunnel construction provides an effective method and way.
