钢渣排水性沥青混合料压实特性研究

         

摘要

选用天然粒料与钢渣材料作为配比设计参数,依照马歇尔方法进行配比设计求得的最佳含油量,再根据不同交通特性来配合 Superpave 的压实准则制作试件,进而了解多孔隙沥青混凝土压实体积性的变化。借由SGC 压实转数的控制,了解材料于各阶段的性质与特点,评定推估级配的最终压实孔隙率及 SGC 压实效应,最后建立多孔隙沥青混凝土孔隙压实设计准则,并针对准则各相关系数作探讨,以用于施工控制验收与路面长期服务性能的参考。%This study choose natural stone material as the ratio of aggregate and converter design parameters,the optimal design obtained in accordance with the ratio of Marshall method for oil content, according to different traffic characteristics to match the Superpave compaction standard specimen,and then understand the porous asphalt concrete entity changes in product properties.By SGC compaction control revolutions,understanding the material in the nature and characteristic of each stage,grading eval-uation to estimate the final effective porosity and SGC compaction pressure should be,and finally establish a porous asphalt concrete pore compaction design criterion,and the correlation coefficient be explored for standard,and to be used for construction control acceptance and pavement service performance reference guide for a long time.
