高速公路 ETC交易耗时估计与车道分区设计

         

摘要

大多数高速公路 ETC 车道的长度都是以停车视距计算方法为设计依据的,但这忽视了各省市 ETC交易耗时的差异,且此依据与 ETC 系统可实现不停车自动收费的目标相矛盾。不合理的车道长度会导致部分车辆因时间不足而无法完成交易,或出现跟车干扰等现象,降低收费站服务水平。以陕西省170多万条交易数据为样本,采用随机过程与数理统计方法,对交易耗时进行数字特征分析和参数估计,并提出 ETC 车道划分为交易区和安全控制区,将置信度为99.9%的交易耗时估计结果和停车制动距离应用于区域长度设计中。陕西全省 ETC 系统建设实践证明,该方法提高了 ETC 车辆通过率,保障了行车安全,取得了良好效果。%Most of the length of the highway ETC lanes design is base on stopping sight distance calculation method,which ignores the ETC transactions of the different provinces and cities take different length time.This method contradicts with the ETC system can achieve the goal of non-stop automatic toll.The unreasonable length of the lane may cause that a part of the vehicle can not complete transactions because of lack of time,or interference with the car,which reduces the toll station service levels.More than one million seven hundred thousand charge data of shaanxi province as sample,the paper proposes transactions time consuming is analyzed of numerical characteristics and parameter estimation by use of the stochastic process and mathematical statistics method.The paper puts forward the ETC lane is divided into transactions area and safety control area.The result of the parameter estimation of transactions time consuming for the 99.9% confidence limit and the braking distance applied to the design of area length.The practice proves that this method increases the ETC vehicles passing,ensures driving safety and achieves good effects.
