Based on the control of the soft ground slope stability of the cofferdam in the Jakarta KNI project, the function of soil consolidation of filling sandbags is studied in this paper. The most rational structure is proposed by optimizing the form of cross-section of the embankment and the arrangement of the sandbags and verticaldrains. The paper has considered the contribution the increase of the soft soil strength makes to the cofferdam stability, and the variation of the cofferdam global stability with stage construction is also analysised. The calculation results show that controlling the stability of the cofferdam is practicable by optimizing the form of the structure.%基于雅加达KNI项目中围堰的软基边坡稳定控制,对起到加筋作用的填砂管袋进行了研究.通过优化堤体断面形式、堤体管袋以及排水板的布置形式,提出优化的构造方案;考虑地基软土土强度增长对堤坝稳定性的贡献,研究了分期施工围堰整体稳定性变化规律.结果表明,对断面构造等进行优化设计,可以更加合理控制围堰边坡的整体安全性.
