The construction method of Full Framing Cuplok Holder has been wide used in the con-struction of continuous bridges for it has the merits of fast assembling,simply using,good integer,and small deformation.It is very important that ensuring lording capacity and stabilization of holder when u-sing.Mechanical model and boundary condition of holder of a constructing bridge was established.As well it was solved by using professional calculating soft MIDAS and Structural Mechanics Solver.Then preloading experiment was done before construction,meanwhile a new measuring method was used.From the comparison between the theoretical calculating result and measuring result,usability of construction scheme was admitted.During the construction period,measuring was executed again.At last,concrete was casted safely.%满堂碗扣式支架具有整体拼装速度快、操作简单、整体性好、变形小等特点,在施工安全控制中,其承载能力与稳定性特别重要。通过在一座高速公路桥梁的施工监控中,根据现场受力情况建立力学计算模型,确定边界条件,使用桥梁有限元专业计算软件 MIDAS 与结构力学求解器计算对支架方案可行性进行了验算,然后在施工前进行了预压试验用以消除非弹性变形,在试验过程中采用新的测量方法进行了支架结构的变形量测,经过实测值与计算值对比确定了支架方案的可操作性。再在施工过程中再次进行监测,最终实现梁体混凝土的安全浇注。
