Large volume hyperbaric oxygen tank for medical usage was successfully constructed in our hospital according to “Regulatory and Safe Regime of Oxygen Tank for Medical Usage” by administration. This paper presents some managements during the construction of the oxygen tank. First, the safety of the tank is put in the first place not only in the design, manufacture, installing and debugging, but also in the characters of the personnel and rules and regulations. Secondly, the high standard and advanced oxygen tank is selected last, the oxygen tank for medicine is scientifically managed in legalization and tandardization.%我院为首批根据国家《医用氧舱安全管理规定》最新标准通过新建高压氧舱验收的单位之一。我院在筹建高压氧舱过程中，在建舱的每一阶段，始终将安全放在首位，不仅重视氧舱设计、制造、安装、调试等硬件安全，还注重人员素质，规章制度，业务水平等软件建设。其次我们在氧舱的先进性、实用性上下功夫，做到高标准，高水平，一步到位。三是严格依法办事，使我院从开始就步入高压氧医学法制化、规范化、科学化管理的轨道，为高压氧科的发展奠定良好的基础。
