Hospital ethics is the centre content of the hospital contruction. It is the requirement of the hospital development， self-construction of the hospital talent， and carrying out“two providement” historical mission. It is the focal point of the hospital political work. With the establishment of socialism market economy, it bring about new change to hospital ethics situation. The problems and cause of the hospital ethics in new situation are analysised in this article. We consider that adapting to situation and aimming at human are the basis of the hospital ethics nowdays.%医德医风建设是医院建设的核心内容，是医院发展的需要，是医院人才队伍自身建设的需要，是新时期履行“两个提供”历史使命的需要，是医院思想政治工作的着力点。社会主义市场经济的确立，医院医德医风情况发生了新的变化。本文对新形势下医院医德医风方面存在的问题和原因进行了深入的分析，认为适应形势，以人为本，是目前医院抓好医德医风建设的根本。
