目的 了解公立医院转化医学中心发展及存在问题,提出针对性建议.方法 对4家公立医院转化医学中心调研,采用描述性统计分析转化医学中心科研基本情况及影响科研成果转化的主要因素.结果 公立医院转化医学中心高端复合型转化人才缺乏,转化医学支持资金渠道单一,科研成果转化链条尚待健全,转化医学相关政策衔接不畅.结论加强转化医学专业人才培养,丰富多元化资金投入,健全转化医学组织模式.%Objective To investigate the development of and problems in the translational medicine cen-ters in public hospitals and put forward suggestions accordingly. Methods The translational medicine centers of four public hospitals were investigated, and descriptive statistics method was adopted to analyze the basic situation of scientific research and the main factors influencing the transformation of scientific research results at the four cen-ters. Results There was a shortage of high-end inter-disciplinary talents in translational medicine centers of public hospitals. The funding channel was single. The mechanism of transforming scientific research achievements was defective. The policies of translational medicine were not well connected and implemented. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of talents specialized in translational medicine, enrich multi-channel fun-ding sources, and improve the organizational model of translational medicine.
