从我军医疗后送体制和组织指挥体制运行出发,分析汶川地震和玉树地震救援中存在的问题,结合专家咨询结果和外军救援实际,对我军地震灾害应急医学救援提出建议.一是解决汶川地震灾害应急医学救援组织指挥地位低作用不突出的问题;二是优化玉树地震灾害应急医学救援组织体制的结构.%Starting from the operation of our military medical evacuation system and command system, this paper analyzes the problems that existed in the rescue work in Wenchuan earthquake and Yushu earthquake. In combination with the results of expert consultation and the practice of foreign military rescue, the paper puts forward suggestions for our military on emergency medical rescue in earthquakes from two aspects. The first is to solve the problem of inferior role and defective operation of the rescue team in the command system, as revealed in Wen-chuan earthquake. The second is to optimize the structure of emergency medical rescue system, as displayed in Yushu earthquake.
