At present,the management of chronic diseases in China has begun to take effect, but the re-search on the psychological mechanism affecting patients' self-management is still limited. As a category of psy-chology,the theory of ego depletion has played a significant role in guiding the self-management of patients with chronic diseases. By strengthening the management motivation of patients and helping patients adjust their emotions positively,patients can achieve better self-management. Based on the ego-depletion theory, this paper intro-duces the current situation of self-management of chronic diseases and elaborates the relationship between the the-ory and the situation.%我国对慢性病的管理已初具成效,但针对影响患者自我管理的心理机制研究仍较为浅显.自我损耗理论属于心理学范畴,对慢性病患者的自我管理具有一定的指导意义,通过加强患者的管理动机、帮助患者调整积极情绪等使患者更好地管理自己.文章主要从自我损耗的相关理论出发,介绍慢性病自我管理的现状及两者之间的联系.
