我国医学专业留学生规模不断扩大,数量仅次于文科类专业留学生,对高等医学专业留学生的教育、管理提出挑战.文章通过对中美医学留学生入学条件与教学制度、教学模式与课程设置、考核与评价机制三个方面的比较,提出明确培养目标、严格准入标准,改善教学模式、注重能力培养,强化师资力量、完善考评机制的启示建议.%The number of international medical students in China has been increasing rapidly,second only to the number of international students majoring in liberal arts, which has posed great challenges to the education and administration of international students in higher medical education. By making a comparison of international students of higher medical education in China and the United States from the following three aspects:admission re-quirements and teaching system, teaching mode and curriculum setting, and assessment and evaluation mecha-nisms,this paper proposes to formulate clear training objective,establish strict admission criteria,improve teaching models,focus on competency-based training,reinforce faculty resources and perfect evaluation mechanism.
