目的从医务人员专业人士的角度调研剖宫产率的管理制度,以达到优化医院管理模式的目的.方法选择上海市20家不同类型的医院临床一线医务人员作为调查对象发放问卷.结果医务人员对当前剖宫产率水平总体认同度不高,但高度认可无痛分娩和导乐陪产在分娩方式选择中的影响作用,并认为"医院建立助产士制度"、"医院每月公示剖宫产率"两种管理制度易于推广实施.结论医院降低剖宫产率需制定切实可行的管理制度,从国家、政府、医院和孕妇及医师个人几个层面制定符合国情的管理措施.%Objective To research on the management system of cesarean section rate (CSR) from the views of medical staff in hospitals in order to optimize the hospital management of CSR. Methods Questionnaires were distributed to medical staff in 20 hospitals of different types in Shanghai. Results The medical staff were not satisfied with the current CSR generally but highly recognized the influences of painless labor and delivery with dou-la accompaniment. The systems of midwifery and publicity are considered to be the 2 easiest policies to be carried out. Conclusion The feasible policies that are suitable for Chinese social situations should be formulated to reduce the CSR from the dimensions of the nation,the government,the hospital and the individuals of gravida and doctors.
