Objective To find out the status of hospital operation, identify the existing problems and put forward the countermeasures,through the analysis of the economic operation indexes of 8 tertiary hospitals in Shang-hai from 2012 to 2015. Methods A comprehensive descriptive analysis of the main economic indexes of 8 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai from 2012 to 2015 was carried out. Results The tertiary hospitals witnessed a slightly in-creasing number of beds with rapidly growing assets, high efficiency of micro-operation with increasingly heavy burden,relatively stable economic operation with income and expenditure structure to be optimized, and basically controlled medical expenses with slightly declining drug expenses. Conclusion It is necessary to control the scale of tertiary hospitals for the implementation of functional positioning, to increase government investment for the im-provement of compensation mechanism,to optimize the structure of income and expenditure for the control of over-rapid rise of medical expenses,and to strengthen division of labor and cooperation for the promotion of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.%目的 了解医院经济运行的现状,发现存在的问题,并提出对策建议.方法 对2012—2015年上海市8所三级综合性医院主要经济指标综合性描述分析.结果 三级医院床位略有增长,资产增长速度较快;微观运行效率高,负荷持续加重;经济运行较为平稳,收支结构仍待优化;医疗费用基本得到控制,药占比略有下降.结论 控制三级医院规模,落实功能定位;加大政府投入,完善补偿机制;优化收支结构,控制医疗费用过快上涨;加强分工合作,推动分级诊疗.
