某部新兵自我和谐水平与影响因素调查

         

摘要

目的:探讨新兵自我和谐特点及影响因素。方法随机整群抽取某部820名新兵测试自我和谐量表(SCCS)、症状自评量表(SCL -90)、简易应对方式问卷(CSQ)及自编一般情况调查表。结果①新兵自我和谐总体水平好于军人常模(P <0.01)。②自我和谐低分组人数占29.3%,高分组为13.8%。③低自我和谐者躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等因子分均高于自我和谐者(P 均<0.01)。④单因素分析:消极应对、低文化、单亲家庭、非学生入伍、工作绩效落后、非主动入伍、生涯规划不清晰、失恋、人际关系不满意等是新兵自我不和谐危险因素。⑤Logistic 回归:消极应对、人际关系、工作绩效、文化水平、家庭模式、入伍主动性对自我和谐有预测力。结论新兵总体自我和谐良好,部分表现自我不和谐、自我刻板及缺乏灵活性。自我和谐与多种因素相关,了解新兵认知体系、激发入伍动机、增强应对能力、改善人际关系等均能有效促进新兵自我和谐。%Objective To investigate self -consistency state of recruits and its related factors .Methods 820 recruits were surveyed by self -made questionnaire, SCCS, CSQ and SCL -90.Results The SCCS level of recruits was significantly higher than the military standard .High and low score in the self -consistency groups ac-counted for 29.3% and 13.8% respectively.The scores of somatization, depression, interpersonal sensitivity and other factors of recruits with low self -consistency were higher than those with high self -consistency.Single factor analysis showed there were 12 factors related to the self consistency.Logistic regression analysis found 9 predicting factors, which could predict self -consistency state.Conclusion The overall self -consistency state was good, but some of the recruits showed self incompatibility .Self -consistency was related to many factors.To understand the cognitive system of the recruits, strengthen their motivation to join the army and improve their coping ability and interpersonal relationship can effectively promote the self -consistency of the recruits.
