非沪籍护士自我效能水平与离职意愿的相关性分析

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the current situation of self -efficacy and turnover intention of non Shanghai nurses and to analyze the correlation between them .Methods The self -efficacy scale and turnover in-tention scale were used to investigate 300 non -Shanghai native nurses in several tertiary hospitals in Shanghai . Results Self -efficacy of non -Shanghai nurses was at a moderate level with a score of 2.64 ±0.47.Level of turnover intention was high with a score of 2.79 ±0.71.Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis con -cluded that for non -Shanghai nationality nurses turnover intention and self -efficacy sense had significant nega-tive correlation(P <0.01).Conclusion Managers should consider the turnover intention of non -Shanghai nur-ses from multiple perspectives and focus on the improvement of their self -efficacy.Corresponding measures should be taken to reduce the turnover rate of nurses and stabilize the nursing team for sustainable development .%目的:调查非沪籍护士的自我效能感与离职意愿的现状,并分析其内在的相关性。方法采用自我效能感量表与离职意愿量表对上海几所三甲医院的300名非沪籍护士进行调查。结果非沪籍护士的自我效能感呈中等水平,得分为(2.64±0.47)分;离职意愿水平较高,得分为(2.79±0.71)分;经相关性分析及多元回归分析得出,非沪籍护士的离职意愿与自我效能感呈明显负相关(P <0.01)。结论管理者应多角度探讨非沪籍护士离职意愿的影响因素,重视提高非沪籍护士的自我效能感,采取相应的干预措施,从而降低护士离职率,稳定护理队伍的可持续发展。
