Objective To analyze the ability of hospital party members and cadres to think and act by law.Methods Expert interview and questionnaire survey were used to collect data which was processed statistical -ly.Results The ability of the hospital party members and cadres to think and act by law was at a high level , but there were some shortcomings such as legal knowledge level , cognition and practice of rule of law and environment of rule of law.Conclusion The mechanism of multiple measures like education , supervision and accountability should be built to improve their ability and promote the legalized management of the hospital .%目的：了解医院党员干部法治思维和依法办事能力现状，为制定改进策略提供参考依据。方法以专家访谈和问卷调查的方式收集资料并进行统计分析。结果医院党员干部法治思维和依法办事能力处于较好的水平，但在法律知识、法治认知、法治实践和法治环境等方面仍存在不足。结论建立教育监督问责多措并举机制，提升党员干部法治思维和依法办事能力，推进医院法治化建设。
