Clinical practice is the most important part in the education of medical students.Students could combine the theory they learn from class with clinical work.However, as a highly specialized subject, the education of thoracic surgery has its own specificity.Based on the acute contradictions between doctors and patients, the trust between the two sides is weak.How should we improve the educational quality in such a new medical situation is the key problem in the reform of thoracic surgery education.By combining the realities of our department and the prominent problems in the education of thoracic surgery, our educational experience was introduced to provide reference for thoracic surgery educational reform.%临床实习是医学生医学教育的重要组成部分,是医学生将课堂理论知识与实践相结合的重要阶段,胸腔外科由于学科专业性较强,涉及相关专业、学科较多,对其实习带教具有自身特有的要求.目前国内医患间相互信任度差,学员实习主观能动性显著降低,在这种情况下提高胸腔外科实习教育质量已成为胸腔外科教学改革的焦点问题;根据实习教育工作中较为显著的问题,结合胸外科实际情况,阐述本科实习带教经验,为深化胸外科医学教学改革提供参考依据.
