军队疗养院作为我军卫勤保障力量的重要组成部分,理应成为部队健康管理的主力军.本文阐述军队疗养院加强部队健康管理的必要性紧迫性,总结军队疗养院具有服务保障、地理环境、专科技术、疗养文化、信息手段等方面健康管理优势,介绍军队疗养院院前针对性服务、院中个性化疗养、院后全方位管理等健康管理的成功做法,为军队疗养院加强部队健康管理提供参考.%As an important part of our army medical support forces, the military sanatorium should become the main force of the army`s health management.In this paper, we discussed the necessity and urgency of strengthening the health management of military sanatorium force.We also summarized the advantages of the military sanatorium in health management such as service support, geographical environment, convalesce culture and information technology.The introduction of successful experience in specialist nursing, personalized service and comprehensive follow-up management provides references for strengthening the health management of military sanatoriums.
