Regional medical consortium contributes to the deepening of quality medical resources, and im-proves the efficiency of resource utilization within the region. The aim of this study is to insist on military and civil-ian integration, which is the overall deployment of national development strategies, and focus on national defense and military system reform, especially when facing the grim situation and challenges of military medical institution reform. Through the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign medical union model and implementation, we fully learned from the advanced experiences and advantages of medical consortia at home and abroad.
