军队某三甲医院医疗纠纷发生特点及对策

         

摘要

目的:通过对军队某三甲医院医疗纠纷的发生特点进行分析,制定医疗纠纷防范措施,降低医疗纠纷发生率。方法采用回顾性分析法,收集该医院2010年1月—2015年12月间发生的73起医疗纠纷案例,分析其发生特点及原因。结果医疗纠纷高发科室为普外科、骨科、妇产科;发生的主要原因为诊疗效果不满意、术中或术后死亡、手术不当等。结论加强业务培训与考核、提升医疗技术水平、建立合理医患沟通制度、提高患者满意度、树立患者风险意识、降低诊疗期望值等是医疗纠纷的主要防范措施。%Objective To establish preventive measures and reduce the incidence of medical disputes by analyzing the characteristics of medical disputes in a Grade -A army hospital.Methods 73 cases of medical dis-putes that occurred from January 2010 to December 2015 are selected through retrospective method and their char-acteristics and reasons are analyzed .Results The high-risk departments of medical disputes are general surgery , orthopedics , gynecology and obstetrics .The primary causes are dissatisfaction with diagnosis and treatment out-comes, intraoperative or postoperative deaths and improper operations , etc.Conclusion The main preventive measures of medical disputes are strengthening business training and assessment , enhancing medical skills and technology , establishing reasonable doctor -patient communication system to promote patients'satisfaction and set-ting up patients'risk awareness to lower their medical expectations ,etc.
