Currently, quality control circle activities have been widely launched in some regions of our country, and there is a trend of being popularized across the country .But the result is hard to predict .One main reason is that when certain advanced management methods and technologies are introduced , they fail to be com-bined with practice , especially with hospital culture , and thereby , result in undesirable phenomena , such as unac-customization and failure .Therefore, when introducing quality control circle as a novel administrative method , it is suggested that the administrators should carefully seek effective approaches and make it compatible with hospital culture, so as to constantly promote its vitality.In this way, the medical quality can be comprehensively improved .%当前品管圈活动在全国一些地区成功地展开，有逐步向全国各地推广之势。但效果很难定论，其主要原因在于引进一些较为先进的管理方法和技术的同时，未能很好地将理论与实践相结合，特别是在医院文化活动的开展方面做得欠佳，往往有始无终，甚至发生“水土不服”的“流产”现象。在引进品管圈活动这一管理方法时，管理者应认真探索持续开展品管圈活动的有效方法，要与医院文化相伴而行，相得益彰，这样才具有生命力，从而达到以点带面的效果，持续全面地改进医疗质量。
