Since the Donation after Citizens’Death(DCD) is in its initial stage in China, there are still problems and deficiency in its scientific management .We developed a set of DCD file management system , with functions of data acquisition, remote supervision and statistical analysis , which is characterized by high efficiency , accurate, standard and real -time supervision.The application of this system is significant to the sustainable devel -opment of DCD.%我国公民逝世后器官捐献（Donation of Citizens Death，DCD）尚处于起步阶段，在科学管理方面仍存在问题和不足，需要医院管理者不断探索和改进。在 DCD 实践过程中，设计研发一套集数据采集、监督审核和统计分析于一体的器官捐献档案管理系统。该系统具有高效、准确、规范以及实时监管的特点，对确保 DCD 工作可持续发展具有重要意义。
