医院员工自我效能感与生活方式的关系调查

         

摘要

Object The research wants to investigate hospital staff’s health -promoting lifestyle status and self -efficacy level, and analyze the relationship between them, thereby providing the theory basis and the empirical support to create health promoting hospitals and promote hospital staff’s health.Methods The general information questionnaire, health promoting lifestyle profile (HPLP -II) and the general self -efficacy scale (GSES) were ad-ministered to 641 employees in two hospitals in Chengde.Results ①641 hospital staff total score of GSES was (22.62 ±5.23), which was in the medium level; ②The total score of HPLP -II was (111.31 ±19.03).Interper-sonal relationship, nutrition and self -realization dimension scores were relatively high while exercise, stress manage-ment and health responsibility dimension scores were relatively low; ③Correlation analysis showed there are signifi-cant correlation between general self -efficacy and 6 dimensions of health -promoting lifestyle(P <0.01).Conclu-sion To improve hospital staff self -efficacy are helpful to the improvement of the health promoting lifestyle.%目的:本研究旨在了解医院员工的健康促进生活方式现状、自我效能感水平以及两者间的关系,为创建健康促进医院和健康促进医院员工提供理论依据和实证支持。方法采用一般资料调查表、健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP -II)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES),对承德市两所三级甲等综合医院的641名员工进行问卷调查。结果①641名医院员工 GSES 总分为(22.62±5.23)分,处于中等水平;②健康促进生活方式 HPLP -II 总分为(111.31±19.03)分,人际关系、营养和自我实现维度得分相对较高;运动锻炼、压力管理和健康责任维度得分相对较低;③相关分析表明,一般自我效能感与 HPLP -II 总分及其6个维度均存在显著正相关(P <0.01)。结论提高医院员工一般自我效能感,有助于其健康促进生活方式的形成。
