随着我国医改的不断深入，国家对公立医院配置大型医疗设备的标准、规模要求更科学、合理，且逐渐降低大型医疗设备检查价格，因此，加强大型医疗设备的配置管理，提高设备使用效率，是医院管理者必须重视和亟待解决的问题。本文通过对北京地区医院大型医疗设备配置与管理中存在的问题及成因进行分析，利用北京市卫生工作统计资料2008—2011年数据，构建 CT 及 MRI 的配置标准预测模型，并对北京市某三级甲等医院2013年及2014年 CT 及 MRI 的配置标准进行测算，提出完善医院大型医用设备配置与管理的政策建议。%With the deepening of the reform in our country, the national configuration standard of large medical equipment of public hospitals requires more scientific and rational.In order to lower the price of large med-ical equipment inspection, the manager of the hospital must pay attention to improve equipment efficiency and man-agement, which has been an important problem facing the hospital managers.The problems and causes of the con-figuration and management of large medical equipment in Beijing hospital were analyzed in the article, and the pre-diction model of configuration standard of CT and MRI are built use of health work in Beijing from 2008 to 2011 the statistical data.The article also calculated the configuration standard of CT and MRI in 2013 and 2014, which gave some suggestions of improve the configuration and management of large medical equipment in hospital.
