With the goal of strengthening army forces, the construction of mobile medical team has made great achievements.But there are also some problems existed which can't be ignored, such as, stability of profes-sional faculty, professional qualification and safeguard efficiency, and standardization level of professional training, which should be strengthened.The article put forward the following construction thoughts:innovate the management of mobile medical team by personnel qualification, tenure system and incentive mechanism application; enhance the core safeguard capabilities by strengthening organizational leadership , post ability training, focusing on technologi-cal innovation and information technology advancement; improve the readiness level of medical service in combat situation by joint training and exercises with combat troops.%本文从机动卫勤分队专业技术队伍的稳定性、专业素质和保障效能、训练的规范性等几个方面提出机动卫勤分队建设存在的问题。提出通过试行队员资格认证、任期制及考核激励机制创新卫勤分队管理；加强组织领导、强化岗位练兵、聚焦技术创新和加快信息化建设步伐以提高核心保障能力；通过与作战部队联训联演和基地化培训提高卫勤战备实战化水平的建设思路。
