军队“2110工程”是军委总部支持军队院校建设和人才培养的基础性、战略性工程。本文从“2110工程”实际实施管理出发，分析军队“2110工程”实施管理过程中制度建设、经费管理、物资管理三个方面存在的问题，并针对问题提出相应对策。%The military“2110 Project” is basic and strategic project that the Central Military Commission supports for the building of military academies and talent training.The article started from the actual implementa-tion management of the military “2110 Project”, and analyzed problems of three aspects-system construction, funds management and material management in the implementation process of military“2110 Project”, and put for-ward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.
