本文从政府、医保经办机构、医疗机构三个层面，论述工伤医疗保险管理现状和存在的问题，并就促进我国工伤医保工作的健康良性运行提出改进建议。%From three levels of the government , health care insurance agencies , and medical institutions , the author discussed the present situation and problems of industrial injury medical insurance management , and put forward some suggestions for improving the existing problems .
