基层医院配备临床药师是药学服务转变模式的需要，但此项工作开展不甚理想；为此建议：各级领导应对临床药学人才的培养引起重视，采取相应措施防止人才流失；同时药学人员要立足现有岗位学习成才，加快药学知识与临床知识的融合，与临床医师共同做好临床药学服务。%It was necessary to allocateclinical pharmacist in community hospitals to meet the change of pharmaceutical care mode , so the leader of the community hospitals should realize the importance of the training of clinical pharmacists and take effective measures to prevent the brain drain of clinical pharmacist ;At the same time , the pharmacist should take measures to improve their service ability .Only to integrate the knowledge of pharmacy and medical service , can we provide better pharmaceutical service .
