Objective: To investigate the intervention effects of network nursing for the diabetes patients. Methods: 100 diabetes patients who have study ability and desire for cooperation aged from 35 to 60 were divided into network invented group and normal invented group.Patients in normal invented group were treated by normal orders and health education.Patients in network invented group were operated nursing intervention besides the treatment on normal invented group ones.The indexes of blood glucose and lipid were examined before interven-tion, half year and one year after intervention.Results: There are significant differences between the two groups. The related indexes of patients in network invented group are obvious higher than the normal group.Conclusions:Network nursing intervention can play great role in the intervention of the glucose and lipid disorder of diabetes pa-tients, which can postpone the progress of the disease and decrease the occurrence rate of complications.%目的：观察运用网络护理干预对在职糖尿患者群的效果。方法将100例35～60岁有一定学习能力，会上网、愿意合作的糖尿病患者随机分成网络干预组和常规干预组，常规组遵医嘱治疗，行常规健康教育，网络组在此基础上运用网络进行护理干预，分别于干预前、干预后半年、一年测定血糖、血脂等指标。结果2组人员空腹血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白均有明显差异，网络组的空腹血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白变化显著高于常规组。结论运用网络护理干预能方便、高效地对在职糖尿患者群糖脂代谢紊乱进行干预，延缓疾病的发展，减少并发症的发生。
