To adapt to the requirements of mobile medical support as reflect quickly , flexible and strong support, the author proposed the ideas of medical support development , discussed the basic compositions of the medical support theory system as timelyness triage , triage and vertical evacuation .And at last, the measures to im-prove the support capability were introduced as improving the command ability , support ability of the medical staff , and fix the medical support into the battle command system .%本文根据机动卫勤力量保障任务反应快捷、保障灵活、适应性强等特点，提出整体卫勤、信息交互、灵活战术的卫勤建设发展思想，探讨时效救治、分类救治、立体后送三种卫勤保障理论体系构建要素，提出应着力在组织指挥能力、卫勤人员实战素质及卫勤力量高效融入作战体系上下功夫，从而提升机动卫勤力量保障能力。
