随着医院后勤社会化进程不断深入,在全国范围内的医院大多选择将职工餐饮服务运营社会化,职工餐饮社会化在精简编制、节省资金、提高服务质量等方面取得成效。但社会上团餐供应方繁多,其规模、实力、管理水平、服务意识参差不齐,选择一家合适的餐饮供应方成为了大部分管理者遇到的课题。本论文通过对餐饮供应方前期调研、制定科学合理的餐饮供应方邀标评审及监管考核制度,实践总结一套切实可行的职工餐饮供应方引进机制及监管考核制度。%With the deepening of logistics socialization reform in hospitals , the hospital canteens operated by socialization has been common in China , which has got the some achievements in establishing service stream-line, cost saving and services improvement .Since there are various suppliers now in China which are uneven in their scale, service ability, management, service idea and so on , how to choose a proper cantering supplier will be an issue for the hospital managers .In this article , the measures to establish feasible introduction mechanisms and regulatory assessment system of cantering suppliers will be put forward , which based on the preliminary investiga-tion, formulating reasonable bidding mechanism , and drafting the regulatory assessment system .
