文化战略打造质量品牌

         

摘要

面对完成多样化军事任务卫勤保障的使命要求和国家医药卫生体制改革深化的外部环境,沈阳军区总医院以文化先行作为医院的发展战略,将医疗质量管理当作一种文化进行持续性地培育和建设,在医务人员中形成潜移默化的质量意识,通过五个环节抓质量管理实践,构建质量管理文化体系,打造质量服务品牌。%In the face of accomplishing diversified military tasks of medical support mission requirements and the external environment of deepening reform of the medical and health system , culture construction has been put onto an important position of hospital development in General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region , in which we should put the medical quality management as a kind of cultural cultivation and construction , form quality con-sciousness in medical staff .Five critical aspects of medical quality management were introduced , which help build-ing up a cultural system of quality management , and innovating the brand of medical services .
