Objective To discuss THE construction mode and design project of digital hospital based on informatization .Methods Overseas and domestic construction experience of digital hospital were analyzed , holis-tic design project and construction mode were brought out based on the connotation of digital hospital .Results Digital hospital construction mode was constructed , which took digital support system , digital outpatient , digital ward, digital auxiliary, digital management as main lines.Conclusion The mode is scientific, of which the flow is optimized , and the work performance is well .%目的：探讨信息化基础上的数字化医院建设模式及设计方案。方法分析国内外数字化医院建设经验，从顶层设计的角度把握数字化医院内涵，提出整体设计方案及建设模式。结果构建以数字化支撑保障、数字化门诊、数字化病区、数字化辅诊及数字化管理等平台为主线的数字化医院建设模式。结论该模式设计科学、覆盖全面、流程优化、实施效果佳，有借鉴意义。
